What to do if spam/phishing messages appear in your inbox If you don't recognize the sender, then right click the email and select Junk > Block sender If you do recognize and trust the sender, then reach out to the contact via non email method to confirm validity or compromise of their email.
What to do if expected email does not appear in your inbox Check you other email folder including Junk. If the email went into your Junk folder, then Right click the email and select Junk > Not Junk.
If the expected message is not appearing in any of your email folders, then open a ticket and provide details about the email such as sender and date/time. |
