To reset your shared password, please log into : https://www.office.com/?auth=2

Then, select the gear in the top right corner of the screen and select "change your password". 

Following that, fill out your old and new passwords, and select submit.

Requirements: 14 characters, 1 number, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and one special character.

Passwords are good for 365 days.

Following that, wait 5 minutes and then log out, and log back in.
