Captionmax United Media Shuttle Portal is a website that allows employees to access files on our internal network from virtually anywhere. It’s set up using folder structures which mimic the actual file locations on the network, and is sorted in alphabetical order. Not all the folders you see when you log in will be useful for you and that’s okay!

Folders of interest 



Project Files > Current Projects – Contains the folder _Description for all you describers out there! Also has _3M Videos and other Miscellaneous Fun Stuff. 



Proxy Videos– This is where you’ll find the videos you’ll be working with. The _CMU Temp folder inside it is currently holding some of the older assets. Check there if you don’t see the video you need on an initial search. You can also check out this article on Where to Look for Videos (Other than Proxy Videos). If you still can’t find what you need, email the project manager and techops@captionmax.com. Please include the Ooona Order Number and the video name in your email. 



Reference Materials– This is home to the non-video assets we receive from clients. These materials should also be attached to Ooona orders but you can always doublecheck for things like scripts here.  



Standard Files – Full of EZT settings and other captioning standards 



Swiftly Transcode  – The folders nested here will help you transcode any videos giving you trouble. See the Video Troubleshooting page for more general information.



TechOps Intake- If you drop things in here, TechOps will receive them. You can find more information in the Sending Files to TechOps page. 



WAV files– If you need a standalone wav file for Description or Localization, look here!
