Exports TechOps Needs to Subtitle Videos

A TechOps Xml if the subtitles are basic and not highly customized.
An Xml and accompanying PNGs if the subtitles are more customized.
Caption editors, please doublecheck the resolution you select for a subtitling project (frequently it’s 1920x1080 but it can vary!). If the resolution is wrong on Xml/PNGs you’ll have to re-export them.
In dire situations we can use an SRT, but results may vary.
