Unable to 'Send From Share' in Media Shuttle

If a client gets a message saying “Send from Share is not enabled on your account” you can let them know that it’s intentionally disabled on all external facing accounts for security reasons. The client should upload the file to the folder using the Upload button, rather than using the Share button.
