IT manages the deep storage of old deliverables. You’ll need to open a Help Desk ticket to have things that are more than a few months old retrieved. 

For videos: if they are more than 60 days old they will be removed from Proxy Videos. If the video you're looking for is more than 90 days old it's likely been deleted and we'll need a new asset from the client.
