How to Decide if a Task Should be a Platform Delivery or File Delivery

TechOps does some Platform Delivery tasks but not all. We do not handle any File Delivery tasks. If you use the File Delivery Task Type for a portal that only TechOps uses it will not show up in TechOps' Ooona queue and we might miss your delivery.
