TechOps maintains accounts with a very large number of file-sharing platforms. We have several different email addresses that have been used to set up our accounts over the years. Sometimes clients use download links that have to be shared with a specific email address/user. If a client doesn't share it with the correct email address we won't be able to download their files.

Here are the most common sites we might receive links to which require a specific email account to be granted access:

If it's a Google Drive Link              they Need to share it with: Captionmax@gmail.com

If it's a Sharepoint Link                 they Need to share it with: Camtoc@captionmax.com

If it's a Dropbox Link                     they Need to share it with: Camtoc@captionmax.com

If it's a Box Link                             they Need to share it with: Techops@captionmax.com

If it's a Client Media Shuttle Link:  they Need to share it with: Techops@captionmax.com

If it's a Thrivent Link:                     they Need to share it with: Techops@captionmax.com

If they've shared it with the correct email but we still can't download it, they will have to check other settings on their end. In Google Drive there's a specific option to give downloading permissions and the person sharing the video must be the owner of the video to share it. In Sharepoint they need to make sure the link they created is not pointing to an internal Sharepoint location.
