What Services Are Not Included in a TechOps Platform Delivery Task?

TechOps handles Platform Delivery tasks because we maintain accounts on a variety of platforms and have access to dedicated IO computer stations. However, TechOps has limited capacity for delivery tasks. We cannot accommodate additional related (but not strictly IO) tasks such as filling out Excel Spreadsheets, Smartsheets, Google Doc Spreadsheets, etc. for client tracking. We will deliver files to their appropriate locations and send email notifications if requested, but further tracking is the responsibility of the client, or else the Project Manager.

 

On a similar note, TechOps does not track file naming conventions. Production resources should handle the renaming of files if necessary. This keeps records in Ooona consistent, since TechOps does not upload files to Ooona, so if we edit file names they won’t be updated correctly in our archives.
