Repair Slow EZTitles

If you are experiencing slow file load times, and/or video playback freezing/stuttering in EZTitles, then follow these instructions to repair your settings.

Save your work and export your EZtitles settings to a .zip

Go to Tools> Backup settings…

Give your settings file a meaningful name and save it to a place where you can easily find it like your Desktop.

Close all EZTitles application windows.

In your windows search bar, type %AppData% and hit enter.

In the window that opens, navigate to AppData\Local

Next, navigate to EZTitlesDevelopmentStudio

Right-click EZTitles6 and select Rename.

Append the filename to show that it contains old settings.

Open EZTitles 6 and import the settings that you exported earlier.

Go to Tools>Restore Settings…

Select your Settings file and click Open.

In the “Are you sure?” warning, select Yes.
