Satellite Receiver - Channel Showing as Unsubscribed

If your satellite receiver is showing a message about a channel being unsubscribed, please power cycle the receiver.
- Unplug the power cable from the satellite receiver. It is located on the back of the device, and is circular. Once unplugged, all lights on the receiver will turn off.
- Wait 30 seconds. This is critical, as plugging the power in before the 30 second mark can interrupt the power cycling process.
- Plug the power cable back into the receiver
- Wait up to 1 minute
Your receiver will refresh its channel map, and with that, the unsubscribed channel should be available again.
